Bootp:

Protocol based on UDP used to allocate an IP address corresponding to an Ethernet card during the startup

phase. Defined by the RCF 951

CLI Command line interface

This interface allows direct access to the individual configuration parameters.

Community name:

Access key to access SNMP agent information

DHCP Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol

This IETF protocol enables remote, automatic, self-configuration of the IP addresses of a workstation.

DN Distinguished Name

An LDAP object is referenced by its distinguished name (DN). A DN is a sequence of relative distinguished

names (RDN) connected by commas.

DNS Domain Name Service

The DNS protocol ensure correspondence between the name of a machine and its IP address
